Practice Coordinator (Part-time, contract)

The Nurtured Way is looking for a Practice Coordinator to support its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate has a proven aptitude for core administrative and communication functions, a robust knowledge of holistic healthcare, and is a wonderful human.

If you have strong written and verbal communication skills and experience in social media/marketing, data entry, scheduling, and website maintenance — we should talk! In addition, the following qualities should resonate:

• You are warm and enthusiastic, and personal & professional integrity is important to you.

• You are meticulous, diligent, and organized, and you get a special thrill when synthesizing information and creating or navigating efficient and logical systems.

• You are tech & social media savvy, and you know your way around the digital sphere.

• You are resourceful, reliable, punctual, and like to take initiative.

• You have excellent oral and written communication skills.

• You have a love of words, and grammar is an art you take pride in upholding.

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Client Communications – You will be the first point of contact for acute inquiries, and most prospective clients, students/practitioners, and customers, and the person said folks go to if they need an option that isn’t within the online systems or when they require help navigating said systems. 

• Records Administration — Transfer of client notes, analyses, and recommendations to our HIPAA-compliant CMS following a pre-determined format (maintaining privacy is paramount).

• Website & Social — Coordinate updates on our Squarespace website, monthly and occasional email newsletter, and social media (currently on hiatus, but open to utilizing these tools mindfully and strategically) 

• Tool Maven — Literacy in Squarespace, Google Workspace, MS Office, and Canva. A background in healthcare client management software is a plus!

• Process - Refine workflows within existing systems to improve efficiency and document organizational knowledge to ensure a consistent experience for both clients and colleagues.

• You have a background in classical homeopathy (even if you just grew up with it!)

• You have a passion for videography/photography/design

• You know your way around the kitchen and love whole food magic and plant medicine
